This weekend and coming week lot of snow will be melted so be aware of how keep your basement from melting snow?
1) Shovel  the snow around the house and keep it 4-5 feet  away from your foundation 
2) Make sure the sum-pump is functioning and keep eyes on it until all the snow is melted 
3) check your house insurance to make sure you have the right coverage especially  sumpump failure coverage   
4) Incase of water flood in the basement immediately call license contractor and you insurance to avoid more damage
